Payment
I only accept payments via PayPal. You can pay by credit card without actually setting up a PayPal user account.

California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.


Shipping
Domestic Orders:
Every piece is individually boxed/gift-wrapped and shipped securely in a bubble mailer.
Orders will ship 2-3 days after payment is received (Monday-Saturday) via USPS First-Class Mail with included Delivery Confirmation. Please check the USPS website for shipping time guidelines.
Priority Mail is available for $6.00 with included Delivery Confirmation.
Insurance is optional and can be added for an additional fee of $1.75. I am not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages.
For any other shipping option, please contact me before purchase.

To avoid delays, please ensure that your address in PayPal is correct and confirmed. If you need your order to ship to a different address, please contact me before purchase.

International Orders:
I am currently only shipping to USA and Puerto Rico addresses.


Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for refund. The merchandise must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment for returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. Custom and International orders are not available for return or exchange. For your protection, please package your return merchandise in a well-padded envelope or box and ship via a trackable form of mail. Insure your package to protect it against loss or theft. I am not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipment.

Please note that beads may vary in color and/or size. Also, colors may vary from those you see on your screen.

Protect your jewelry. Do not shower or swim with your jewelry on. Store each individual piece of jewelry in its own small plastic Ziploc bag with an anti-tarnish strip.
