What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover (through PayPal),
and money orders (for off-line transactions orders).

How PayPal works?
With PayPal you can send and receive payments through the Internet. If you have never
used PayPal before, you may have to setup a free account before you can complete your
order. It's easy and secure! Your credit card and personal information remains confidential.
Any PayPal member can instantly and securely send money to anyone in the U.S. with an
email address. Recipients are notified via email that they have received a payment from you.

How do I place an order online?
Browse through the products and click the "Add to bag" button, to add to the shopping cart,
the item(s) that you desire to purchase. To view your entire order, click on the "Shopping
Bag" link. When you are done reviewing you order, click the "Checkout" button and proceed
as directed. Once you place an order, PayPal will notify us of your order and you will be
sent an e-mail receipt.

Does a sales tax applies to my purchase?
A 7.75% sale tax will be applied to orders shipped within the state of California.
Purchases made outside California are not subject to sale tax.

What are the shipping options and rates?
We mail all merchandise using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. We also offer USPS Express mail for a $18.00 charge.

International Orders: At this time, we are unable to ship to International addresses, PO Boxes, APO, or US territories.

*For purchases made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address
on the card. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please pay via
money order. Please confirm your address in PayPal, we only ship to confirmed addresses.

How long can I expect my order to be processed?
Your order will be processed as swiftly as possible. All pieces are handmade, so please
allow 1 week for items not in-stock. If your order is going to be delayed, we will contact you
via email, as soon as possible.

What if I need to make a change in my order?
If you realize that a change needs to be made in your order please email us within 24
hours of placing your order.

What if I want to return my purchase?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us
with the item number, the description of the merchandise being returned and the original
invoice number.

Item(s)must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for refund. The
merchandise must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. The customer
is responsible for the cost of shipment for returned merchandise. Original shipping charges
are not refundable on returned merchandise. Your return will be processed within 7 business
days. Custom orders are not available for return or exchange.

For your protection, please package your return merchandise in a well-padded envelope
or box and ship via a trackable form of mail. Insure your package to protect it against loss
or theft. I am not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipment.

How are refunds processed?
Credit will be given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of returned
merchandise.

How do I return an item for an exchange?
To make exchanges, please contact us at info@sandysanchezdesigns.com for arrangements.
Custom orders are not available for return or exchange.

What if a product needs repair?
If you have a piece that needs repair, e-mail us with the description of the item and how
it is damaged. Depending on the damage extend a small fee may apply. For damage cause
by normal wear-and-tear, repairs will be made free of charge. The customer is responsible
for all the shipping costs. If at the time of your request, the beads or stones necessary for
the repair, are not longer available, I will put all my effort into finding something as similar
as possible to the original.
